Amazing breakfast, friendly staff. Soundproof room with great work station and big window. Nice bathroom with seat, night lights, and plenty of towels. Helpful checkout staff and receptionist. Great location with nearby park, supermarket, and newsagent.

We had an amazing stay at the artsy Andaz. The overall look of the hotel was fine, with its unique architecture and beautiful room decorations. We loved exploring the art that was present everywhere, and the happy hour in the afternoon was a good touch. The staff was friendly and prepared, making our experience even better. The location was also ideal, with museums and parks nearby. we highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, close to parks and public transport, making it easy to explore the city. The views from the higher floors were amazing, offering a panoramic view of the city and Belvedere. the complimentary minibar was a pleasant surprise and was restocked daily. The gym and spa facilities were available whenever needed, and the bar on the rooftop was a must-visit for its fine view and delicious menu. a great stay with excellent amenities.

The lack of a bellboy service, surprising for a five-star hotel. the furniture in the rooms appeared to be of lower quality and somewhat dated, despite the initial impression from the pictures.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. the room was luxurious with exclusive amenities such as an electric window shade and good air conditioning providing a comfortable stay. the spa lounge offered a relaxing escape with a steam room and Turkish bath available. the breakfast was amazing with a huge variety of fresh products and staff always willing to help.

this did not take away from the stunning view of the Belvedere.

We booked a room close to the Belvedere castle, allowing us to easily admire Klimt's artwork. The location was spot on, with close proximity to downtown but away from the noise. The room itself was very comfortable and modern, with beautiful artwork and cozy lighting. The service was attentive and friendly, and we were pleasantly surprised when they apologized for the taxi delay that wasn't their fault.

Cons: the location was a bit far from the city center, which was a minor downside for us. the exceptional service compensates this.
